Getting There...
Firstly, we should start by saying we don't sell flights or any other transport, instead we give you the flexibility to find transport options that suit you whether its by train, plane, boat or car. To find out which airport to fly to or where the nearest train station is for your holiday course, please click on the 'About The School' tab within each course where you'll find the information you need. If you are travelling from the UK click on our Travel Extras page where you'll find a handy low cost airline scanner and a listing site of all flights out of the UK.
Accommodation Options For Your Learning Holiday
Back to our Learning Holidays... some of our holiday courses include accommodation, some offer accommodation as an optional extra and some prices are simply for the holiday course only. To try and make this easier for you, we have added an 'accommodation included' icon to every page - just look for the blue circle with a picture of a bed inside it. You can also get a list of what is included in the price on the 'Course Overview' tab of each page. On the same page, if you scroll down to the bottom, you'll also be able to read details and find out prices of any optional accommodation on offer which can be added during the booking process.

Booking Your Holiday Course & Payment
Booking your holiday courses is straightforward and easy using our secure online booking process. After you have found what you want to do you then simply follow our easy 3-step booking process where we will calculate your deposit value and take payment by credit or debit card to instantly confirm your booking.
Our booking system allows you to keep your money with you for longer. This is how it works: there’s no need to pay for the entire holiday course up front – all you do is pay a small deposit through our online booking system, and then pay the remainder directly to the course supplier.
You get an instant confirmation and within a a few minutes you’ll receive a voucher by email detailing everything you need to know about your booking and course provider. Please make sure you have printed your voucher in readiness for your departure as you will need it when you arrive for the course.
When you make a booking you receive your own personal customer account and login, which you can access anytime you want, and here you can check details or re-print your voucher.
Within each of our course descriptions we have provided details on exactly what is required when booking. Please remember:
- most of our courses will take the remaining payment upon your arrival
- some course suppliers prefer to receive the remaining payment in advance of the course arrival date
- we will send you a reminder email regarding payment requirements nearer the time of your course, but you can always log into your customer account to check any of the payment details or course criteria whenever you like
Learning Holiday Feedback & Reviews
We love to hear about your holiday experience and your feedback is very important to us so within 72 hours of the end of your learning holiday, we'll send you an email from support@golearnto.com asking you to rate your holiday course and to add any comments/feedback/pictures or video if you wish that will be published on our website.
