Included in the price

• Welcome drinks and tasting of local produce on arrival on day 1
• Italian cookery lessons on day 3 and 6 (Tuesday and Friday)
• Cookery lessons start around 10.30am and finish around 2pm after you’ve eaten the lunch you’ve learnt to cook
• Wine tuition and wine tasting right before the meal on the cooking days
• All cooking materials and ingredients
• Visit to the local pecorino and ricotta cheese producer in Tavernelle on day 2 (Monday)
• A visit to the Cinque Terre region on day 4 (Wednesday) by train and guided visit to two wineries with wine tastings accompanied by a Sommelier
• A visit to the coastal town of Monterosso
• Transport to the Cinque Terre region and back to the palazzo
• Breakfast each morning at the palazzo
• A light lunch at one of the wineries on day 4 (Wednesday)
• The delicious lunches you’ve learnt to cook during your cooking lessons with wine on day 3 and 6 (Tuesday and Friday)
• Accommodation at the palazzo in a twin/double room with private bathroom in one of the self-contained apartments for 6 nights / 7 days
• You can check in any time after 2pm on day 1 and check-out by 10am on day 7
• Prices are based on two sharing, a compulsory single supplement applies for those travelling solo
• Note: We strongly recommend car hire for this holiday to make the most of the local area
